Don’t face the work alone

In my experience, I need people around me who understand what I’m building well enough to ask the questions I’ve missed, offer perspectives I’ve overlooked, and sometimes hold me accountable to my own commitments and what the work actually needs.

So I started a fellowship with one simple aim: don’t face the work alone.

The Order of Unremarkable Creators is not a mastermind. There’s no curriculum, right answers, and no one telling you to work in a way that just doesn't feel right. This is about finding your own path, trusting others to help you find it, and sharing the weight.

It’s not a celebration society, it doesn’t exist to be anyone’s cheerleader. We support each other through practical advice, context specific things to try, and honest challenge when needed.

We meet online on a Monday, a 60 minute mix of reflection and open discussion. Sometimes we focus on a specific member challenge, sometimes we shine a spotlight on something they’ve created, sometimes we just update each other on progress and where we’re facing friction. We ALWAYS finish on our commitments for the week.

Between calls there’s a Discord people are welcome to use as needed to share updates, post public work they would like amplified, and ask for feedback on things they’ve created.

Monday is the only priority, everything else fits around you when you need it. Membership is $100 per month (but no one who needs this is priced out) and starts with a 90-minute one-to-one with me to scope out the next six months.

Membership is currently capped at 20 people so we can understand how best to serve the needs of members before we grow.

This is not my community, it’s a fellowship I belong to, and we shape it together. If you're already motivated, hard work doesn't scare you, and you bring a level of intention into your work that is rare, I would love to receive your application for membership.

Is this for me?

Our focus is high connection, not high obligation. What you receive is equal to what you bring, the relationships you choose to form, and the courage to hear other perspectives on your work and to offer yours in return.

Do you feel like a target?

To the platforms, you are the product. To the solution-sellers, your fears are a revenue stream. To the algorithm, your work speaks a language it already ignores. We create space to be seen, heard, and known on your own terms.

Overwhelmed by things you 'should' do?

With so many prescriptions for what you should be doing, how do you honour the people you feel called to serve without compromising your message or following someone else's template? Your way is the only way and we'll help you find it.

Are you tired of easy answers?

We are too. And the Order won't give you any. But it will reveal the right questions, sometimes encourage you, sometimes challenge you, and help you make decisions. This is where fellowship you need meets the friction your work needs.

The Focus

Nothing is mandatory, but we encourage all members to create space for our 60-minute Monday call. The only fixed point in the week. It's where the magic happens.

Featuring a reflection, open discussion, occasional guests and a rolling format. Bring a challenge you’re facing, a decision you need to make, or a question that needs a new perspective. We’ll help you calibrate, decide, and move forward.

Formats include:

Problem Pitches: Two members each get 20 minutes to pitch a challenge and receive outside perspective to clear the fog.
Case Studies: Dedicated sessions focusing entirely on leveraging one person's recent output.
Welcome Sessions: Full sessions devoted to hearing from new members.

The Beginning

When members join the Order we start with a six month time horizon.

This begins with a 90-minute one-to-one Focus session where we explore your calling, what you’d like to discover in the next six months, and make some decisions about where to start.

We open this session up to two other Order members to broaden our perspective and lean into the wisdom of others and so they can learn from you too.

How to join

It is not possible to simply join the Order, though all are welcome to apply for membership. This is by design, because we're not building fast, we're gathering the right people who’ll help shape the Order as it grows.
